Nancy Grandquist (Chairman): Besides being the Music Director at the Rock Church of Mountain View, California her testimony is a tribute to God’s great care and amazing love to a story that is still being written. Nancy is a musical dynamo with a passionate message of God’s power, love and grace. She is a well respected and prolific songwriter whose songs honestly and powerfully shine the spotlight of God’s love and truth into the heart of the listener. Nancy’s songs have been sung in churches all over the world and and have been recorded by many well known artists.  She is known worldwide has been called “one of the most prolific and gifted songwriters of our day.” Nancy travels the globe speaking at crusades both abroad and in the U.S. Her greatest inspiration is her family. Married to Pastor Richard M. for 35 years, Nancy has four children, two son-in-laws, 4 gorgeous grandchildren with 2 more on the way!!.  Her husband Richard has pastored The Rock Church in the San Francisco Bay area for over 25 years.

Michael Grady (Teacher): From 1982 to 1984 he attended the Berklee College of Music, majoring in performace and arranging and in 1996 received a  diploma from Middlesex Community College as a Medical Technician.  Not only is Michael a multi-instumentalist: he is an arranger, composer and songwriter. From 1986 to 2006 he performed as a professional musician in the Boston area until he devoted his life to the Lord in 2001 and became a part of the Abundant Life Church of Haverhill, Massachusetts where he was first exposed to a musician's true purpose.  In late 2006 Michael and his family moved to Mountain View, California and accepted a Muscian's Minister position at The Rock Church.  With the help of the Lord, he oversees and directs many of the groups that are part of the music ministry at The Rock.  He especially enjoys teaching children and teens all about God's "musical" plan for their lives.

Michael is married to Karen Grady and has 3 children: Carolyn, Samantha and Christopher.
